Ümraniye National Garden has turned into one of the most stomping grounds not only of the quarter but also of Istanbul in a short span of time.

The National Garden, which welcomes its guests without harming nature, with an environmentally friendly approach, will be officially launched into service with a ceremony attended by the Minister of Environment and Urbanization Mr. Bakan.

Environment and Urbanization Minister Murat Kurum examined the noise barrier project put into practice in Ümraniye. Minister Kurum stated, “We implemented our first project within this scope in Ümraniye in cooperation with our Ümraniye Municipality and İller Bank General Directorate of Environmental Management.
